Fox in the neighborhood

This little guy was hanging out on the road that leads to my house. Instead of running away from my car, he paused to pose for a photo.

Foxes in literature are characterized as deceitful and cunning. I’m not usually political in this blog, but given the current political situation, I couldn’t help but make the connection.

Full Moon Announcement

The full moon, has always been an inspiration for me. On this full moon, I’m happy to announce that I have signed contracts with my publisher and my illustrator for a book that will be released in early 2019!

Taking the scenic path

Two years ago I moved from Chicago which is well known for beautiful cityscapes to the Rocky Mountains which is equally well known for its breathtaking landscapes.

Today, as I reflect upon my daughter’s wedding yesterday, the second daughter to be married this year, and my own birthday, I’m definitely thinking about what path I have chosen.

Do we choose our path, or does it choose us?
