I can’t believe we have snow at the end of May, and yet, here we are.

Yes! Yes! Yes! We’ve had hummingbirds here for about a month and have had a few spring snows since then. This photo was taken yesterday. Colorado at 8200ft

Oh, poor little bird! Did you have to clean off the snow so they could get to it?

The picture was unaltered, it was when I first woke up so the way the snow ‘drifted’ was real. We’ve since cleaned it off.
Yes, it’s amazing how they are both delicate and hearty. We had many of them looking for food the night before the snow and again yesterday.
