Filtered rays of light stream through dark clouds Is a storm coming? Beyond it, blue sky dotted with white cotton candy clouds. The juxtaposition makes me wonder. Will heavy drops of rainfall from the sky? Will there be thunder? Lightening? Can you smell the rain?

The snow fell, wet and heavy Giving way to fog as temperatures danced above freezing. Mountain peaks hidden from view bathed in dewy moisture wait for the sun to return. Dots of blue sky, making a reappearance letting the mountains know the fog would lift soon.

Spring in the forest
Having a new puppy means I’m making frequent trips outside. A few days ago, that meant snow which quickly melted the following day. And today, we saw two moose, eating vegetation. Charlie and I kept our distance but I was able to capture a few shots.
