hopeful pup, waiting an optimist understands location matters

September beauty penny mac hydrangeas shine reaching for the sky

like modernist art depicting the current mess ~ of our government.

Sunset comes early solstice marks the shortest day welcoming winter

Goldfinch grasps his branch Perched above, his melody enchants mere mortals

Blushing pink blossoms like a flashing neon sign Welcome spring’s return!

Azure skies above frosting coated trees shimmer cold morning colors
