View of the City (Piermont part three) Haiku

On a dreary day across the Hudson River views of city

Favorite season a banquet for the senses colors everywhere

Life above the clouds Inversion weather pattern surreal morning

Good morning colors my day inspired by you as dark becomes light

Magical morning pause to admire colors breathtaking- breathe deep.

Orange paints the view beneath layers of azure above peaks and trees

Tonight in the sky over Lyons I spotted a pouncing lion. I love the serendipity of events, words, and images creating coincidences.

Cotton candy clouds gently resting, above peaks softly shining hues.

Hiking water’s edge views of mountains, trees, and sky a duck paddles by

sleepy eyes open morning colors stop by to paint the horizon
