Full Moon Rising

Braving winter chill we wait for the moon to rise – magical glow begins, backlighting nearby peaks until until until the moon in all its glory lights up the night sky.

Lying in bed listening to the wind as it howls it’s powerful tune. Thinking about the day looking forward to seeing friends my eyes open to this!

An extra hour of sleep?

Daylight savings time ended today – still I wake to catch the sunrise.

How do we heal?

Sadness mixes with anger how do we live in a world where the unfathomable happens? It’s not possible to avoid the news. My choice is to focus on the beauty, the beauty that surrounds me. If only nature could impact others in the ways it does me.
