Wild or styled?
Charlie had his first full grooming this week. As you can see, it’s pretty dramatic. Either way he’s adorable to me! 💙💙
Mother Nature dips
her paintbrush; making mornings
hibiscuses and lilies!
A feast for the eyes.
Charlie and I enjoy exploring trails and hiking along a creek is fun for both of us. Charlie loves being able to get a drink along the way. Sometimes he cools his paws in the shallow edges but when his friends go for a swim, he won’t jump in.
Today there was a log that he walked along while Bhakti swam nearby. If you use your imagination, it looked a bit like the iconic Patrick Swayze – Jennifer Gray scene from Dirty Dancing.
I wonder what movie Charlie and his friends will reenact next?
Views from Saturday morning.
the color of both strength and relaxation
Symbolizing life, renewal, energy, growth
healing powers creating hopefulness and optimism
balancing the sun and ocean
the center of the rainbow
Sorry, Kermit but it is easy to be green.
Green is also my dear friend Sophia’s favorite color. This post is written for her with all the love in my heart sending her positive healing energy on the eve of her surgery. I can’t be with her, so as a writer and a photographer, I’ve created this message with positive energy across the miles.
Spring arrives in bits and pieces
fits and starts
one step forward, two steps back
like a Chacha.
Temperatures soar for a day or three
then dive down like a bird of prey
But then, little by little,
all of the pieces come together!
The scent of lilacs
The sound of frogs and hummingbirds
The creeks rushing from melt off
Buds on the aspens
Days growing longer at dawn and dusk
The warmth of the sun
YES! All the signs are here
beauty of colors
each morning clouds and sunshine
looking east in the morning
sun kissing mountains
All of these photos were taken today as the sun was rising over the Rocky Mountains.
